The Royal Borough of Greenwich has high levels of housing need and The Housing Inclusion Service is dedicated to exploring new ways of preventing homelessness. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Commissioning Team, for a Supported Housing Pathway Coordinator.
You will be managing and co-ordinating our supported housing pathways for vulnerable adults, rough sleepers, domestic abuse survivors and young people. Working closely alongside our commissioning and rough sleeping teams, housing inclusion service, social services and external partners, you will manage pathway waiting lists and maximise throughput across all commissioned and non-commissioned services.
We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, highly organised and who has excellent partnership working skills. You will have a good knowledge of safeguarding and managing risk.
You will be proficient in the use of a range of IT software packages including excel, for data collection and analysis.
