environment, and healthy community services, providing integrated, modern customer focused services that meet the needs of Gateshead and our communities. Your leadership of our large,
diverse and dispersed workforce will help us to deliver our ambitious Thrive agenda, whilst maximising productivity, improving collaboration and driving culture change.
