You need a willingness to work to QCF level 2 in Social Care.
You will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults across the borough of Doncaster. You will assist them to live in a safe environment whilst promoting choice and independence as specified by an assessed support plan. This is achieved through a short term reablement programme.
Core responsibilities and duties will include:
All duties and responsibilities must be undertaken to meet regulations and standards as set out in the Care Quality Commission standards and Care Act – striving for excellence at all times.
Essential driver post - You will need a full Driving Licence and own transport to be able to travel throughout the borough
