Westmorland and Furness Council are current seeking two Project Leads to oversee the development and successful delivery of initiatives within the Schools Planned Maintenance Programme, as well as a range of school and community improvement projects. Current projects include a school extension, a visitor centre, a community equipment store, and an alternative provision unit.

We are seeking candidates with proven project management expertise—ideally in property-related fields—who can confidently manage all phases of a project. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, community-focused projects that make a tangible difference. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for those looking to take on this impactful and rewarding position.
