We are looking to appoint a Housing Services Co-ordinator to support the Tenancy Managers to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service, leading on providing effective and timely responses to a range of enquiries and complaints.

Essential requirements for the role are:
You must have excellent communication skills; a strong ability to deal with complex issues; a comprehensive knowledge of housing management functions as well as the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Qualifications
Numeracy and Literacy level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum (the successful applicant will need to provide evidence of this qualification)
Hours
37 hours per week
