About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a well orgnaised, self motivated Housing Needs Panel Co-ordinator to work as part of our busy Housing Needs Panel Team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to process applications for additional priority on the housing register from a range of applicants including those with disabilities, complex needs and those living in supported housing, hospital and rehabilitation settings. You will liaise with other services within the Council and external agencies to gather crucial information to support applications. This will require you to have excellent communication skills
What will be expected from me?
You will work as part of a team dealing with all forms of contact including face to face, telephone and electroinc with both applicants and profrssionals. The ability to co-ordinate multi-agency meetings, take detailed minutes, produce reports, statistical information and letters whilst meeting deadlines are essential requirements of this post.
